Ghost Sugar Cookies

Here are some cute Ghost Sugar Cookies you can make for your doll.

*What You Need*
*tan, white and black (or dark brown) Sculpey or Fimo
*plastic or butter knife
*Wax paper to cover your work surface
*Cookie sheet
*Adult supervision/help

Step 1: Take some of the tan sculpey and knead it for a few minutes. Roll it into a ball, then roll it out into a log.

Step 2: Next, take the knife and cut off a small piece, about half an inch. Flatten it with the flat side of the knife until it’s about 1/4″ thick. Repeat for how many cookies you want to make.

Step 3: Repeat steps 1 and 2, with the white sculpey. Then put one of the white sculpey circles on top of one of the tan circles. Press down a little. Do this for the remaining cookies.

Step 4: Take the black (or dark brown) sculpey, knead it and roll it out long and thin. Cut off small pieces for the eyes and mouths of each cookie. Press down a bit, so they stay. Once you have all of the cookies decorated, have an adult help you bake the sculpey cookies according to package directions (Sculpey brand is usually 275 degrees F for 15 minutes).

Step 5: Let the ghost cookies cool. Once they’ve cooled, your dolls can enjoy them. They’re great for a Halloween party or trick or treating.

Bonus: You can make real ghost cookies by baking up your favorite sugar cookie recipe (with an adult’s help). Once the cookies have cooled, frost them with vanilla frosting and decorate them with one or more of the following: black icing/gel, black licorice or chocolate chips). Yum!
