For the 2006 Halloween party that the girls at Pleasantburg Academy boarding school were planning, Hallie Helena Halliwell decided to make some candy ghosts. Hallie loves Halloween so she wanted to make many crafts! First off, Hallie needed some individually wrapped candy (such as Hershey Kisses, jawbreakers or lollipops), some tissues and some ribbon.

Hallie took a piece of candy in one hand and half a tissue in the other.

 

She wrapped the candy in the tissue and twisted the tissue a little bit.

 

Next Hallie took the ribbon and wrapped it around the tissue, right under where the candy was.

 

And there she had it, a candy ghost ready for Halloween!
