December 27th, 2023: I hope those of you who celebrate have had a lovely Christmas and a great December! It's hard to believe how fast this month and year have flown by! I have updated the Stamps page with a new Christmas stamp that you can download as well as new stamps I've acquired. I also added a couple of new gifts that I acquired as well.

April 14th, 2023: An Easter egg has been hidden somewhere on this site! Can you find where it's hidden? I've also added a new April 2023 stamp for you to collect and I've added a bunch of stamps to my personal collection as well.

March 11th, 2023: Added Megan @ Oasis as a sister site! I have also added a whole load of old site awards that Elfland won between the years 2000 and 2004 so go check out the My Awards page to take a trip down PC memory lane!

March 9th, 2023: We have a new sister: Scribble @ Harvest! I've also added a new graphic to the Guardianz page, which you can also scroll down and see below.

March 4th, 2023: I have two new stamps for you to collect. One for the month of March which you can find on the Stamps page, and another of one of my dogz, Encourage, that you have to search the site to find. I've also fixed the award images on the My Awards page. I still have many more from throughout the years to add. Happy March!

Feb. 27th, 2023: I have a new page up in the Fun section for Stamps! There will be stamps that I make for you to save and upload for your collection, and you can see my stamp collection as well (pleae don't take from my collection). I have a February stamp that you can collect. I also added a few more fanlistings on the Gifts, Cliques, And Things page.

Feb. 26th, 2023: I've worked on the layout a bit more so now it has a bit more of a background. Hope you like it. I also got my CBox showing up again (it seemed to show up for some other people but not for me until I just added a link to it below (so if it ever doesn't show up for you, just click that link). I'm going to work on updating the Links page a bit.

Feb. 25th, 2023: Hello! I know I have been gone from here for a long time-more than I had initially planned to be. A lot has been going on the past few years and Petz has taken a bit of a back burner. As time went on, I also wasn't sure what to do for the next layout and wanted to try switching to a CSS layout. And it's been awhile since I've coded a CSS layout so...that is not happening quite yet. Thus inline frame layout this site remains, haha. Also, I know this layout is very simple; sorry about that. It's been a long time since I'v made a detailed layout for my sites (my doll site has even moved to Wordpress formt to make things easier). I want to make and put up some new litterz, however I also would love for a few more of the available cuties to be adopted first, so if you see a kittenz or puppyz you like, please email me to request to adopt!

August 2nd, 2017: Happy August! It's crazy how fast time flies! Pretty soon Fall will be just around the corner again! Today I fixed up the images on the Gifts, Cliques N' Things; Cliques; and Petz Craft pages. I'm getting there!

July 31st, 2017:> I've fixed most of the images on the Crew page (there's a few petz I need to retake pics of as well as update with more petz but I'll do that later). I've also fixed the Show Pages images. I am thinking about taking down some of the earlier shows images to save space, so if you're missing a show award from Elfland, go grab it asap. The Guardianz, Win an Award and Grab-Bag images have also been restored.

July 30th, 2017: I've started to fix up images on the site. The Adoptionz pages should all be fixed as well as the Home, Links, About Me and About Elfland Woods pages.

July 26th, 2017: Hey guys, Please bear with me for a little while as I get this site cleaned up. Because of the whole Photobucket fiasco, I can no longer keep my images there...so I just bought some webhosting! I had been debating it for a little while now as I have three little sites. And with the Photobucket fiasco, now seemed like the time to take the plunge. Thus, it will take me a little while to get all of the images on the site up and running again. So thank you in advance for your patience and in the meantime, there are still a couple of show open if you would like to enter!

May 22nd, 2017: Ocean has been adopted. Just a reminder that there are still 10 spots open in the "Catz Show 7" as well as 4 spots open for the "Dali Show 2." And there are still plenty of Grab-Bag petz available as well, along with all of the regular adoptions!

October 27th, 2016: Hello! I hope that you're all enjoying your Fall. Are you ready for Halloween? I'm getting there, haha. I've finally put up a new layout, appropriate for the season. The location that this photo was taken at has a pretty interesting history, dating back to the 1920s and '30s. Thus Satire decided to dress as a Flapper, lol.

July 27th, 2016 Hey everyone! How is your summer going? Mine has been pretty good so far. Tiramisu was adopted and I've added a few more links to the Links page. Other than that, things have been pretty slow at the moment (*hinthint* Go adopt petz and enter showz and contests). Hopefully I'll come up with a new layout to put up soon too.

Feb. 21st, 2016: Two petz have been adopted from the Grab-Bag and there are eight more waiting for new homes. :)

Feb. 8th, 2016: Hello! Yes, it has been a few months since I've last updated. Nothing much has been going on, haha (that means adopt some petz and enter some shows, etc. *hint-hint*). Anyhoo, I've put up a new layout (took longer to put up than it should have, heh); it's vs. 24 and is called "Tribute to a Blackstar." This layout is in honor of David Bowie who passed away about a month ago. :( I <3 DB so I wanted to dedicate a layout to him. :)

There isn't much else to update at the moment. There's still a Grab-Bag up if you want a surprise petz! It is in the Fun section so be sure to check it out.

October 27th, 2015: I've finally judged the Catz Show 6 and have put up the awards for that. Catz Show 7 is now open and I'm still looking for four more entries for the Dali Show 2.

October 26th, 2015: I'm still here! I've finally updated the layout to a Fall theme. The catz featured are Laffy, on the left, and Camper on the right. I've also added two new dogz litterz.

March 23rd, 2015: Kitten was adopted.

March 9th, 2015: Just a quick update to move some old/inactive sisters over to the Links page. I miss all my inactive sisters, haha. And I still love the ones who are active. :) *Hugs*

March 8th, 2015: It's been a few months since I've last updated but I haven't gone anywhere. Valentine was adopted and we have a new sister Addie @ Epiphany!

July 6th, 2014: It's time for a Summer Grab Bag! I'm trying to make some space for new litterz to put up and I have some petz from old litterz that still need good homes. So I've put some of them into a Grab Bag. Head over to the Fun section to read more and adopt a new petz into your petz family!

June 29th, 2014: Finally, a new layout is up! As much as I loved the Christmas one, it really was time for a new one, lol. This layout, "Summer Evening" features a photo that I took myself on my Canon Rebel EOS T3i that I recently got. :) It also features, Sweetie up top, and Calico and her new kitten, Samoa, down below.

Along with a shiny new layout, I have judged the Danez 2 Show so go check out the winners! The Dali 2 Show is now open, as well. And keep submitting entries for Catz Show 6!

May 18th, 2013:Hey guys, I'm still here. Petz has been on the back burner for a few months but even if I don't update often, I'm not going anywhere. Since Christmas has been over for awhile, I've finally put up a new layout. I hope you like it. The flower header photo is one that I took a few weeks ago. :)

I've organized the Adoptions section into three pages: Catz Litterz, Dogz Litterz and Singles (there isn't anything on the Singles page yet but I'm hoping to add a couple petz to that soon). Before I add anymore litterz, I'd really like some more of the current petz to be adopted. So go see if there is anyone you'd like to add to your petz family.

November 30th, 2012: The Catz Show #5 is now closed for judging. The Danez Show #2 is still up with 4/10 entries. Sept. 6th, 2011:Hey guys, I'm still here :). Sorry for not updating in a long time. I updated the show stats, the About Me page (added my younger cat, Sophie) and the Misc. page (some of the things I added I got years ago). Both the Catz and Danez Pose shows are still open.

Anyhoo, I'm finally working on recoding the font part of pages a bit and hope to have a new layout within a couple of weeks :).
March 19th, 2011: The new catz litter is up so go and have a look! There are also twenty one other cuties still up for adoption, looking for good homes, too!

March. 18th, 2011: Today I've been working on updating the crew page (haven't done that in forever, lol) :) I have the dogz mostly done, so now I just have to update the catz; I still want to make an actual crew subsite, however, that's probably still awhile off. I will also have the new catz litter up tomorrow (photos for the crew page took longer than I was expecting because my game kept crashing...). Anyhoo, enjoy looking at my lovelies!

I have finally judged the Dali show! I apologize for taking so long to getting around to judging it; I'll definitely try to get the next shows judged in a more timely manner. Anyhoo, there were many entries for the dali show, since it was open for a long time, so there are ten dogz that placed. Go over to the show winnerz page to see all the winners and also enter the Catz show 5 and Dane show 2. Also, a new catz litter will be on the way soon.

October 23rd, 2010: Boo! Sorry again for the lack of updates the past few months. I've been working on some other things (both doll-related and not) and kinda forgot to update...Anyhoo, I've finally put up a new layout! I came up with the idea last year and wanted to use it for this year. What do you guys think? I am planning to judge the dogz show soon and will try to make some more playpenz wallpaperz for you guys. I'm going to make a hard-copy "to do list" of more things to update with as well. Anyway, I have a brand new shiny update for you...I've finally-finally judged the Catz Show #4! April 2nd, 2010:: I'm still here :) I had some doll outfits I was sewing and finally started at a new job last month...nothing exciting, though, lol. Anyhoo, since it has been Spring for a couple weeks now, I figured it was high time for a new layout. I just came up with this one today. The flower paint brushes are from free-brushes.com.

All of the winter grab-bags have been taken; I hope everyone who got one likes what they got. I had fun with it and I'll probably do more at some point. And lastly for tonight, back in Feb. Emma @ Labz Galore joined the Old School Clique, so I've finally added her :D

December 31st, 09: Yay, it's my birthday *throws confetti everywhere* :) Anyhoo, I hope everyone had a nice Christmas, Hanukkah, etc. I had a great Christmas-got lots of doll stuff, hehe. There isn't much to update tonight. Two of the grab-bag bags have been given away, so there are still three left. And I've updated my gifts-thanks for the Christmas gifts Chelle and Arie. December 23rd, 09: Christmas is just around the corner! I have a gift that I'll send out tomorrow :) For tonight, I have a some nice goodies for you! First off, there is a new dogz litter on the Adoptionz page-and they are cute! It is Sissy and Sirius' litter. Second, I've updated the show stats; there are 7 entries for the Catz #4 and 5 for Dali #1. Third, I've added a Wallpaperz page, in the Fun section, and the first wallpaper is the snowflake bg in this layout. For the holidays, I also updated the gallery with a few of my petpix. December 12th, 09: I have a new layout up! What do you think? It's nice and Christmassy :) I actually thought of it last year, when making my Christmas '08 gift. I loved the red, white and green theme and wanted to do it this year. I would've finished a few hours ago but I was trying to figure out more css and whatnot and got nowhere *sighs* I'll figure it out sometime.

I've updated the adoptions page, to reflect the petz have been adopted. I'll hopefully get a new litter or two up later this month. October 10th, 09:I'm still here-never fear. Tonight I've got a new layout up! Yep yep! I've been working on it most of the evening-I meant to start it earlier this week but hadn't gotten around to it. The leaf background is a photo I took; I just enlarged it a bit. What do you think? I'm not sure if it looks "too busy" or not, hmmm... I've also updated Tiffany's link, and took Rylee off the sisters list :( In happier website news, I've finally-yes, a bit late-made an About The Site page :) It includes EWKC's history as well as all of the past layouts since 2007 (starting with the few Sunlight Mtn. Sept. 5th, 09: Sorry for the lack of updates this summer. I was in a crafting mood and then took a few days to clean my room. Now I'm working 5 days a week. Anyhoo, I've added a new dogz litter! They have Disney Prince and Princess names. I hope you'll adopt one of these (or the other) lovelies. Also, there are still a few days of summer left, so please enter the summer show, if you haven't already.

June 23rd, 09: Hey guys :) I hope your summer is starting off nicely. I'm hoping to go swimming Thursday-whoot. Anyway, on to the updates: Dracula, Fall and Patooty were adopted. I've added a contact list; it doesn't have everything on it, but I didn't want to bore you with the doll forums I'm on, lol; if you'd like to friend me on anything, please send a message so I know who you are. There are four newe entries for the catz show, so that is now closed for judging. Also, there is a new summer-themed show, so go check that out. I think that's pretty much it, for now. May 29th, 09: Sorry for not updating all month. I had it planned but never got around to it (I haven't been going online much over the weekends-sometimes it's when I give my computer a little break, lol). Anyhoo, I've finally judged the Danez Show #1 and the winners are up; congrats to everyone! I've also finally gone through and updated all my sisters' URLs and I've added about 15 more links to the Links page. The Sisters section has been taken off that page for a little bit, because I plan to update that as well. There isn't too much else to update with tonight. I'm going to work on a new litter soon, but there are still plenty of catz and dogz needing adopting ;)

April 29th, 09: Whoot, we are now hosted by Ashlie @ Aerieswings-thank you so much, Ashlie! I wanted to get off of Geocities asap since they'll be closing later this year-my brother had given me a heads up because he knew that's where I had my sites. I still plan to get my own domain and a paid space, to host my websites, but I'm not sure when that'll happen. I want to make sure I have a few months' worth of loan payments saved up, first. Maybe I can get it by the end of the year. And oh yes, I got a part-time job at Burger King. Not the best but at least I'm making some money :)

Anyway, onto the other site related updates: Bon Jovi and Moon were adopted; there are five more catz show entries, so the stats are now 6/10 for that. The Danez show has three more entries which makes it 10/10 and so it's closed for judging. And last but not least, I've added three more gifts-St. Paddy's and Easter ones from Celia and an Easter one from Jennifer-thanks guys!

March 27th, 09: Ack-sorry I haven't updated all month. A few times I wasn't motivated because thinking more about jobs and stuff kinda put me in an off-mood; I'm still trying to get a job and keep positive. Other times I meant to update but wound up spending a lot of time on other sites I'm on a lot. I actually should cut back on my internet time (also not have other sites up when I want to update, lol) and, hey-Spring is here, so I can spend more time outdoors :) Anyhoo, I'll try to think of a new layout soon; I was going to do one but didn't get it done and it needs to be up before St. Patrick's Day, so I'll do it next year.

For tonight, there's a new catz show entry and a new danez show entry. I've added a St. Paddy's Day gift from Chelsea @ 3BM-it's awesome, thanks! Oh, I fixed the link on the Cliques page under Old School-I noticed it didn't have the"/" before elflandwoods. Also, Chelsea of 3BM has joined the Old School Clique and Lila has joined the AG clique-yay! I'll try to update again soon.

March 5th, 09: Okie dokie smokies...first of all, happy March. I'll work on a new layout soon, that'll probably be up next week sometime. I'll get it up before the 17th. I've finally judged the Catz show #2, so go check out the winners. That also means Catz Show 3 is now open :) Danez Show 1 is up to 6 entries, so if you haven't entered it yet, please do. I've finally updated the Newest Additions, below. I'll get the others on the "My Petz" page soon, I hope. I've got some photos to update, lol. I've also made my own custom little vote banner and the list links are below that (we apreciate your votes!). We have a new sister-Jennifer @ Mana Petz 3, so go and pay her visit; she's got a neat site! And last but not least, EWKC has won 3BM's new award, so I've put that up for all to see, on the "My Awards" page-isn't it shnazzy? *you nod* Thank you so much, Chelsea! Actually this is the second award I've won from 3BM. The first one was awarded in 2003, back when this was a wee little EWKC, lol. I love them both! :D Now I'm off to spend time with my cats, read and who knows what else. Clara (my kitten) just got spayed yesterday so for the next 10 days we have to make sure she rests and doesn't try to jump on high places like she loves to do.

Feb. 27th, 09: I'm going to be moving to my grandma's soon-around the 15th probably. I can't find a job here and it's also harder here since I still don't have my license. Where my grandma lives it's bigger and there's buses I can ride-hopefully I can get a job soon.

The update for tonight is that I just put up the Old School Clique! So, if you've owned a petz site 2003 or earlier, go and join it :)

Feb. 20th, 09: *Yawns* I'm about to go to bed but first I thought I'd update a little. First, I've added a couple more gifts to the Gifts, Cliques N' Things page. And secondly-and lastly-I've finally added a clique of my own! It's hot-off-the-press as I just spent the last hour or two making the icons and making the page. Since I've been into American Girl dolls since around 1996 (there was a few years when I kept my love on the DL and started to get out of AG but by college I got back into it fully and am enjoying, playing and collecting now more than when I first got into AG) the clique is called AG Fans and is for anyone who is a fan of the American Girl lines of dolls (if you don't know about them, go to americangirl.com). The icons feature my own dolls-aren't they pretty, hehe? You can find the clique under the Fun section. I was going to add the Old School clique, too, but I'm not sure if I should have two cliques or only one. I'm kind of leaning toward only one...partly because I see a lot of other sites with only one but...what do you guys think? Do you want me to add the Old School petz sites clique or just have the AG one?

Feb. 14th, 09: Happy Valentine's Day! And also Single's Awareness Day for those single, like me, lol! Anyhoo, I don't have much to update tonight. I've added three new Valentine's gifts and a Meece from 3BM-thanks everyone! Also, I sent out a Valentine's gift but if you didn't get the email, never fear for here it is.

Feb. 1st, 09: Happy Superbowl Sunday. I mostly watch it for the commercials-there are supposed to be 1-second ones, I guess, so that'll be interesting to see. That and eating lots of munchies is fun-Velveeta and Hormel Chili (no beans) dip is so good! Anyhoo-the updates! I've got the new layout up! Isn't it adorable? (This is where you smile and nod). Clicking the name at the top links back to the Home page. And I changed the color of the C-Box :) I've also updated the To Do list and I've moved a couple more sisters off ot the front page and onto the links page since there's either been no updates for a long time or the links are dead. I also took off the Vote page; you can find the buttons below. Anyhoo, that's it for now.

Jan. 31th, 09: Tonight there are two more catz show entries which means that it is now closed for judging. Also, one new Danez show entry has been added so there are 4 for that one-go and enter. Also, as you can see by the cbox (which I finally changed), a new layout shall be up soon. I'm about to go to bed but once I finish coding it tomorrow, I'll put it up.

Jan. 16th, 09: Hey everyone! Sorry for the lack of updates. I haven't been online much the last couple of weeks as I was at my cousin's and didn't have access to my laptop/the internet. I'm going to start working on a new layout soon as well as a clique or two (I've got a couple ideas so I might just do both-does anyone know if someone else has one for PCers who had petz sites way back when (like circa 1998-2003)?. Anyway, for tonight I've got a new catz litter up :) And I've also finally added about 6 gifts. Also, go check out Anka Wood. It's a winter festival site that Kel and Kalismara had started and I joined last month. It's been slow in coming this year, so wek kinda missed the holidays however, it's a *winter fest* site and winter is still here for awhile.

Dec. 31st, 08: Happy New Years Eve and Happy New Year everyone!!!!!! I've got two specials for you (some of you got these in your emails). They'll only be up until Friday morning though (not sure when; it could be anywhere between 12am and 11:59 am est.). First is a loverly gift which you can view and save to your own computer and server. And, I've also got a New Year's Eve/birthday party favor type gift you all-Nye! He's bred from Carla and Brock, so he's siamese and B&W shorthair mix. His name basically stands for New Years Eve, hehe. He's my first downloadable pet, so I hope it works. If not, just email me with the subject Adopt Nye. I'm also keeping him myself, as well as him being a gift for everyone (not sure if others keep petz they give as gifts but whatever. It's my birthday) *sings happy birthday to herself, softly*

Dec. 19th, 08: I wanted to update earlier this week but I was at my cousin's house from Monday until last night so I couldn't. Anyway, Eyez has been adopted. I've added a couple of new gifts, from Scribble and Chelsea-thanks so much guys! I've also tried to follow the advice on Chelsea's review. I've still got a bit more to do but I've left-aligned most of the paragraph text so I'll continue working on other stuff later. The winter gallery has a couple of entries: one from me and one from Arie @ LF-yay! And the Catz show has 6 entries which is awesome. The Danez show needs some love though. Last but not least, I finally made the pic on the Find-it page have a transparent background. I'm going to be busy this weekend as a friend is sleeping over. Next week I'll update more-it's all in the to do list.

Dec. 8th, 08: Zombie was adopted. I redid one of the pixilated litterz graphics but I deleted the pics for the other ones that need fixing. Oh well. I hope it's not too big a problem. Anyway, an award has been sent out to Lindsey @ WTF :). I've finally changed the awards graphic, too. I've brought back my old award (new look; old name): the Bright Paw Star Award. I think all the future award graphics will have the Bright Paw Star. But don't worry, even though it doesn't have the BP Star, the "Prince Jumps For Joy" award is worth just as much as the BP Star ones. Once in awhile I give the award out to a site randomly but I don't do it a lot so if you want one, it's still good to apply ;) I've also decided to put updates in this nifty little i-frame box, to help make the home page look neater. Anyway, that's it for tonight. I'm hopefully going to get a clique or two up soon and also go through and fix typos and such soon.

Dec. 3rd, 08: I've got the new winter layout up :) I'm wicked pleased with it and so it'll probably be up awhile, hehe; I think it's my best yet. It's version 8: Snowy Fun. The snowy photo is one of my own that was taken from inside, looking out a window. Collette and Fabien are my lovelies in the layout and Snow White is the main host this time around. Collette was adopted from Smoosh :) I've also reorganized some of the pages so they fit in different categories. I've been working on the site off and on all day, haha, so now I'm a bit sleepy, lol. Anyway, I also-this time-got colored scrollbars on each page. I really should learn more css so that I can put stuff like that onto a centralized page so the individual pages would be easier to update, if it's possible. Oh, I also added my reviews from Petz Dreamz and Blu and Silver to the My Awards page. And last but not least, Fiesty was adopted. I think that's it for now. I was going to update a couple other things, too, but they can wait.

Nov. 29th, 08: Tonight I've finally judged the Dogz show so the winners are up there. Also, there are two entries for the catz show and a new Danez show is up...so...go and enter por favor!

Nov. 27th, 08: Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I'm about to go to bed because I'm *yawns* sleepy. Tomorrow is watching the Macy's Parade on tv (someday I'd love to see it in person) and making-and eating-lots of yummy food!

Nov. 5th, 08: Nothing too much to update tonight; just added a few more links to the links page and I've also added a photo collage of all my old site awards-the ones from 2000-2004. I had started it awhile ago and finally added the rest-there are over 50! I may or may not change it later to put the awards on a seperate page, in a non-collage-image form. The image kinda got resized so the awards aren't shown full-sized. Oh, and I'll hopefully get the dogz show judged soon but be sure to enter your catz and dogz in the current ones. The new dogz show will probably be split into two shows-a dali and a dane. And then the catz one, of course.

Nov. 3rd, 08: I've been working all morning and searching and I've got an inline frame layout! I'm not sure if the way I did it is the best method or not but it's the way I learn best. I'm not good at tutorials and learn best if I have the code to a layout and can alter everything (and learn in the process) from there. So I did find a layout to work from-so credit goes to Lovely Designs for the basic code. I changed the i-frame box size, used my own bg image, changed the scroll colors, etc. I did forget to put up which layout version this is-it's vs. 7: Thanksgiving. Credit also goes to redheadstock for the sparkly brushes on the background and to Free Webimages and Clipart for the cornucopia and turkey clipart. What else...this is my first layout using GIMP and the catz in the layout are Blue up at the top and Dance at the bottom. And last but not least, the Guestbook has it's own page now and the "sign" and "view" images have changed-they're the first ones I made, way back in 2000.

November 1st, 08: I hope everyone had a nice Halloween yesterday. I was home the whole day but that's alright. I sent out a gift to some people but here it is for those who didn't get it. Just right-click save as. Also, thank you, Kel and Jess for the Halloween gifts, I love 'em. I've posted them on the misc. page and have reorganized it a bit. I also joined the Petz Fanlisting so that is on the misc. page as well and I joined Kel's clique. I believe that's all of the updates for now. So I'll just give a little shoutout to Bean of Bean Stalk Cattery and also to my brother as their birthdays are today.

Oct. 25th, 08: Just added three new sisters: Alex, Jenny and Quibble. Wow, I've got 20 sisters :) I think that's more than all the sisters I had from 2000-2004 combined.

Oct. 24th, 08: Sorry I didn't get around to updating until just now. There wasn't much to update anyway. The Trick or Treate route seems a flop unfortunately but that's alright. Maybe next year. Or if you still want to participate this year, just whip up a page (read below updates for more info) and email the link to me before Oct. 30th. Anyway, tonight I've got not one, not two, but three new litterz up on the adoptions page: two catz and one dogz. So go and look at the little cuties and adopt them :) Also, go and enter some shows, yep yep yep.

Oct. 7th, 08: I forgot to mention that Sandra was adopted. Also, I forgot to mention that the two petz up in the left hand corner are Star, one of my wolvez, and Shadow5, one of the catz I got in the RKC Easter Swap. Spook-adopted from Blues Cat Cattery, is the host this time around. And last but not least for today, I've added a couple more links to the links page and please welcome Amber @ Flummery to my growing sisters :) I <3 my sisters!

Oct. 3rd, 08 Later: I finally added Scribble @ Harvest as a sister :) I thought I had added her before but I must've forgotten when my internship got really busy. Sorry about that, Scribble. Also, I've removed a couple of closed sisters-they're still on the links page. And I think there was someone else I'm sisters with but I can't remember the link-please email or tell me in the C-Box, thanks.

For the past few hours I've been working on this new festive Fall layout and here it is. It's pretty simple as are most of my layouts, but I like it-tell me what you think, on the C-Box. I tried to figure out I-frames or style sheets or whatever but I'm not good with those...so it's still regular top, left and right frames but this time around if you click on Elfland Woods at the top, it'll bring you back here to the home page. Also, I found an Image Map generator so the links at the side are done with that. Also, I forgot to put Win An Award link on the left, so, instead the page will have a link on the For You page. Also, since no one entered anymore dogz in a long while, that show is closed for judging. If you find any big errors while looking through this site, please send me an email so I know to fix it. And last but not least, we have a new sister, Staci @ Smoosh so go pay her a visit!

October 2nd, 08: Hiya! I'm so sorry I haven't updated in forever. My internship took up quite a bit of time, and there was the whole socializing thing-but it was summer and so ya gotta live it up, lol! Then last month I just sorta wasn't motivated at all and I've been cleaning my room and working on sewing projects and then there was a tragedy in the family...but I'm still here! I finally even put up the Catz Show 1 winners :) Great job everyone! Also, since it is October, I've got a couple of festive things I'm going to mention here-not sure if anyone is interested but we'll see. FIRST: If you have have any festive Fall/Halloween pix of your petz-or pets-send 'em in an email to me, and I'll put them up on a little gallery page that I'll keep up for this month and next month. So-you can add Thanksgiving pix too. SECOND: Back around 2001, a bunch of petz sites participated in a Trick or Treat ring. Basically that means that one person created a trick or treate "route" or page that looks like a little map with some "houses" which linked to other sites' special Halloween pages where they put up different tricks or treats. Some treats could be little icons or downloadable toys, food, or petz. Last year I started something similar for a doll forum I'm on and this year I'd love to do one for the petz community. But I need your help. I'll probably email some people but anyone can participate. Just make a page and send me the link. Don't post it on your main site though. I'll need each page/house by Oct. 23rd. Then on Halloween through the first week of Nov. I'll post the route on my site, and I'll send an email to some people, etc. (and you can send the link to other petz peeps). Your house can have anything petz related that is Fall/Halloween related. Downloadable petz, a petz craft, avvies, desktop wallpapers, etc.

July 17th, 08: Hey everyone. I was all set to judge the catz show tonight however, after work tonight...which didn't go as smooth as I wish it would've...I've got a headache and so the judging will be done later. So for tonight, my only update is that I've got two more new sisters: Tiffany @ Sprocket and Jess @ PetzRUs!!! So, go pay them a visit :)

July 15th, 08: Today I've added Anita @ Piximyst as a sister and upgraded Bean at Bean Stalk Cattery to a sister! I've also added Blues Cat Cattery to the Linkz page as well as added Violet (imported from Petz II) and Spook (adopted from BCC) to the My Petz Page. Now, my friends, it is time for bed, so goodnight!

July 12th, 08: Whoot! I just got 4 more entries for the catz show, bringing the status to 12/10! That means this show is now closed for judging :) This'll give me something to do during work, in between all the calls I have to answer, lol. The dogz show is still open for people to enter. I've also gotten rid of the sun sister graphics and sisters are now just text links. It's easier to do the text links. Hope no one minds, and even if you do, well...this is my site so...yeah.

July 9th, 08: Tonight I've added more show entries-we just need two more for the catz show and 3 for the dogz show and then I can judge! I also added some new 4th of July gifts from Rylee, Kel and Anita. And I've sent out adoptions. Now I should get a shower in, lol.

July 4th, 08: Happy 4th of July everyone! I sent this gift out to quite a few people but if you didn't recieve it, then here it is (just copy and save it to your computer)! I've got a bit of a headache and am wicked sleepy for some reason, so I won't update anything else tonight but will get to more update soon.

July 1st, 08: Woohoo! As it turns out, the place I'm staying at has wireless!!!!! So I can still update! It had taken me about a week to the wireless working on my computer and I have been busy with my internship...but anyway, tonight I've finally added all my other petz-six more dogz and six more catz, to the My Petz page. And I've added two lovely new gifts from Rylee @ PD! Thanks, Rylee! I also got an app for adoptions and will update that page as soon as I can, along with adding more to the For You page-but updates for another day are good ;)

June 14th, 08: Hey everyone. Sorry I don't have any updates tonight. I'm just updating to say that Elfland Woods will be on a little hiatus until late Aug./early Sept. I have an internship at a theatre and I don't think I'll have a lot of internet access so won't be able to update. If I can get online, I'll write updates on the cbox, so check in everyone so often and sned messages on there :) I hope everyone has a wonderful summer and I'll be back in a couple months! (and by the way, this is the perfect time to enter the shows if you haven't already. I'd love to see the shows fill up by the time my internship is over).

June 4th, 08: *Yawns* I've added 3 new gifts on the Misc page: two more from Easter and a graduation one from Rylee-thank you so much; I love it! It really made my day! Moustache is the new mascot and lookie, lookie-I've finally put up a new layout. Yeah, I know it sucks but at least it's something. That's Ginny in the title. I'm not the best with layouts and I still like this one, even if it has flaws/didn't come out exactly as I had planned. So...yeah...it'll probably be up all summer and into the fall possibly. That's mostly because I got the internship I applied for! So that means I'm going to be doing 40-50 hours of work each week so that means I won't have time or effort to make another layout this summer. But that's okay b/c this one is good, right? lol. I'll still try to update whenever I can so keep those show entries coming. I'm probably going to go sleepyby soon; I'll try to update more sometime this week.

May 29th, 08: Hey everyone. Sorry I haven't updated at all. I've been trying to get an internship so I've been pretty busy and I also admit I haven't been too motivated to update. I will get a new layout up this weekend as well as adding a couple more sisters. I've got an interview for a box office internship at a theatre early next week so wish me luck on that-I'll definitely need it. If I get it, I probably won't have a lot of time to update this summer as well, but I'll certainly try, even if they're small. Tonight there's another entry for the catz show bringing that up to 5 entries. Please, enter the shows. They both need more entries still. Also, I've updated the To Do List.

May 1st, 08: Okay, so there isn't actually an update tonight but I'm just writing to say that I will try my hardest to update next weekend sometime. I graduate college this weekend (whoot!) and won't be home until mid next week. At the top of my list when I'm home, besides unpacking and cuddling my precious kitty of course, is looking for internships and filling out job apps so I'm not entirely sure when I'll be able to update but I'm hoping next weekend :)

Jan. 26th, 08: Sorry for the sudden move and name change but as much as I liked Sunlight Mtn. Petz, I really missed my old petz site, Elfland Woods K&C; I sort of felt like I was turning my back on it and then seeing a couple petz sites that I remembered from my early PC days, back up and running, I wanted to re-open EW. Everything is basically the same as it was on SMP, so don't freak out or anything, lol! Anyway, we have a new layout! You like? My catz, Barry, is featured in the title. I also added another link and made some of the my sister's links on the links page to show the banners. I also added some more find-it awards I won and my first ever petz award from way back in 2000. I think that's about it for now.

Jan. 25th, 08: I've brought back a feature that used to be on the , Elfland Woods K&C: Petz Craft. The first craft is "Petz Notebook Titles." It's on the For You page, so go and check that out. I altered the showz page a teensy bit to organize it a little better. I'm thinking of adding a gallery and would love to have a variety of images, so if you have some favorite petz you'd like to be on it, email me. The more interest I get the faster it'll show up here. Let's see...I've borrowed Rylee's idea without the intention of returning and now have a "To Do" page. I'm testing it out for the moment. And last but not least, I have put all old updates (everything up until this month) into a new page, so that this one won't get so crowded. Both the To Do List and Old Updates can be found below.

Also on the "For You" page, there is a new guardian image you can take for your site. Just remember to credit me (linking back works). That's about it for tonight. I'll get more updates done this weekend hopefully. And I'm about to start work on the next layout, so hopefully I can come up with something interesting. Jan. 14th, 08: Sorry for the lack of updates. I'm back on campus and so, expect updates more often (well as often as I have them). My Christmas, birthday and New Year were pretty good and I spent them with my family. I adoped a new dogz, Sirius. I'll have his photo sometime this week. Ooh, on Christmas Eve my mom and I did last minute shopping and we went to Petco so I donated a dollar and filled out one of those little cards that they put on the windows of the store and wrote it as Sunlight Mountain Petz. So this site donated money to helping animals. I also donated another $5 to an animal shelter and a couple dollars to the Salvation Army. Anyway, I don't have many updates tonight-just a new gift on the Misc. page and my first site award, from Petz dreamz! So go and check them out. Also, the Cute Show has been closed finally. We only had one entrant and their award is on the Showz page. I'll have more updates either tomorrow or Wednesday (I've also got more for my doll site, too, so I have to do a little at a time). I'll have a new show or two later this week and some more stuff for the misc page...and more. Oh-and don't forget to adopt some petz; they're looking for good, loving homes

Dec. 13th, 07: No real update today but just letting everyone know I'm home for winter break and won't be able to update as often as I thought since I need a jumpdrive to take things from my comp to my dad's as my wireless card was left at the dorm and so I can also only go on on weekdays while my dad is at work...but I'll update next week, I promise.

November 22nd, 07: Happy Thanksgiving! I hope everyone has a wonderful day and don't forget to feed your petz leftovers. They'll love you for it. As you can see, I've got the winter holiday layout up; I hope you like it. I think it came out nicely and I love the forest green color-pretty! I've also added some more of my petz and I wish I had more to update but I don't at the moment. Hopefully I will in between the homework.

November 4th, 07: Yay, an update! I meant to update earlier but this is the month of all things due! That is I've got a marketing plan to finish, a paper for quest, 20 more pages of a screenplay, and more to work on and finish this month so updates will still be a bit sparse until mid December and then that's for only about a month then...well you get the idea. I'll try to update whenever I can but can't promise there will be updates every week-there will be an update at least once a month if not more. Anyway...tonight's update is that I created a Misc. page for putting up all my gifts and cliques/fanlistings and other random things. You never know what I may put up there so it might be cool to check back there every once in awhile. I put up my first two gifts-Halloween gifts from Kel and Kara-thanks gals! I also put two find-it awards on the My Awardz page and we have a new sister site: Danni @ Mousecatchers (I'll align the sun better later). Also, never fear-I am almost done with the image part of the holiday layout. It'll of course be another simple one but I hope everyone will like it; I'll put it up around Thanksgiving probably...maybe a little earlier. Oh and I'll finish putting up the rest of my petz on the next update-I found two from last year or whenever I last played petzII on this laptop. Anyway, ciao for now-I've got more homework to type up-blah.

October 17th, 07: Sorry for the lack of updates. I've been lacking on updates on my other site a bit, too. Anyway, I've got a small update tonight-there's a Caption Contest on the For You page. Sept. 10th, 07: My newest sister site is Rylee @ Petz Dreamz! Also, as you can see, all of my sisters have sun images on the main page now (we'll see how long they last-if they don't last long, I'll just do what others do and use text links). I hope you like them because my artisry is horrible! But I think they're cute and they go with the "sun" theme of the name. I put them in order and I wish I could do custom ones but I can't, sorry. Let's see...what else... we have one entry for the cute show. Please go enter it; it's pretty simple-just capture a pic of your petz being cute-no editing the photo though. Lynx now has 3 show points-*luff!* I'll add a new contest sometime this week when I'm not busy. And I know, I still have to add Piggy, Prissy, Laffy and Lively-will do later this week, too.

Sept. 6th, 07: Thanks to some of the RKC forum members, I now know how to make litterz! So, I've got my adoptionz/litterz page up! Also, check out my newest sister site, Kiwi @ Capricious!!

Sept. 4th, 07: Woohoo! I've figured out how to make white backgrounds transparent on photos of my petz using photoplus. So I've put a few of my petz on the My Petz page-I still have more to put up and may add more descriptions in the future. I'm not sure yet. My first two dogz on Petz 4 are named and one is painted after two of my petz from petz 2 since I doubt I'll get them back. They're not exact copies but are just named after and painted like the old ones, if that makes sense.

September 3rd, 07: I've got two new sister sites, Magonda and Petz Pizzazz! I'm still working on getting more content up but couldn't yesterday since I didn't feel well. But it was just yesterday. And the method I'm using to try to make transparent backgrounds doesn't like to work so I have to figure that out.

August 30th, 07: Yay-my first two dogz on petz 4 and my first two catz on catz 4 are going to have babyz! I can't wait! As to the site, last night I added a showz page-go enter the cute show! And I added a tagboard and guestbook, so please sign! Next I'll work on the My Petz and About Me pages, and add a links page. I also may put updates into an inline frame thing so it doesn't get too lengthy here-not sure yet though since I don't use them much.

August 28th, 2007: I'm working on updating/uploading pages in between classes and homework. Like the layout so far? Is it too bright? This is just a simple one to start off; I'm going to work on a Halloween layout next! I'm not sure how often I'll be able to update this site since it's my senior year of college and I also have to update my main site, Cherished Playtime but I'll try to update as much as I can-at least once a month if not more. Right now I have the Win An Award page done, so if you have a family-friendly petz site and would like to apply for my award, simply fill out the form on that page and email me.
